How to grow chillies from seed and all year round

Paulo explains how to start your chillies from seed indoors. He advises to start them early in February to get them strong enough to crop quickly when the weather warms up. He advises growing them in a polytunnel in temperate climates and by keeping the plants on a sunny widow ledge during winter can keep chillies all year round as perennials and crop them early in late spring every year.
